JOHN LEE HOOKER - Sings The Blues (US CROWN CLP 5232, 1962)
Condition: Sleeve: GOOD, the opening edge has been taped at some point, this has come off and left a stain. Bottom seam at the opening edge has a 10cm split. Disc: VG+, very few marks, doesn't look like it's had much use. Disc has a dull sheen, I think it was pressed this way. Plays well, has a loud, punchy sound, although there is background hiss, audible in quiet sections, this is commonly found on older US pressings, especially when played with a modern lightweight stylus. The inner is not original (if there actually was one).
