Description
John Lennon - 'No.9 Dream / What You Got'. R 6003.
John Lennon 1975 UK 1st Apple DEMO pressing of the 'No.9 Dream / What You Got' 7" single. Released on the 31st January 1975, and offered here in VERY GOOD+/EXCELLENT+ condition.
These initial early demonstration pressings would have been given out to important reviewers and radio stations prior to the release date. Both labels state: 'DEMO RECORD NOT FOR SALE' and the release date of '24.1.75' (which is different to my reference book). The vinyl is housed within the original matt Apple Records sleeve.
The Matrix numbers are:
Side 1. 7YCE 21758-1U 1 G
Side 2. 7YCE 21759-1U 1 G
The vinyl is in VERY GOOD+ condition on the a-side and EXCELLENT+ condition on the b-side. Both sides play through with NO problems just some occasional light crackle.
Both labels are in MINT- condition. PERFECT.
The sleeve is in VERY GOOD+ condition.
This will be very carefully packaged for transit. UK Recorded postage is: £2.50. EU Recorded Postage is: £7.95. Rest of the world recorded postage is: £10.95. Combined, reduced postage is available.
VINYL VISUALLY GRADED BASED ON UK RECORD COLLECTOR GRADES WITH A + OR -.
