After 20 years of collecting, the time has come for me to sell my Beatles collection and let other collectors appreciate some of the records and memorabilia I've accumilated over the years. Please check out my other listings and remember to save me as a favourite seller, as every week I'll be listing more and more increasingly rare, collectible and desirable Beatles records!
Please be aware that all records are VISUALLY graded only - all grades are given based on how they appear under my desk lamp - since I do not own a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click and skip free, although any marks and scratches that might possibly cause such problems will be highlighted clearly in the description.

This auction is for a very rare, original US Zapple pressing of the John Lennon solo LP, "Unfinished Music No. 2: Life with the Lions". What makes this copy exceptionally special is that it's still sealed in its original shrinkwrap!!
The Zapple label was set up for more experimental releases and, during it's short life, only two albums were ever issued on it. This one and George Harrison's 'Electronic Sound' (I currently have an original UK press of Electronic Sound listed on eBay right now).
Life with the Lions was the second of John's experimental 'avant garde' albums, the first being titled 'Two Virgins' (I currently have an originial UK 1st press of this album currently on eBay, too!). When this album was released is completely and totally bombed in the charts. It sold approximately 60,000 copies and managed to scrape up to just 127. Because of this, original copies rarely come up for sale.
But even fewer turn up still sealed in their original shrinkwrapping! That's right, this copy is still sealed and absolutely mint! The sleeve is exceptional with no wear, marking or anything of any kind! The shrinkwrap is tight and hasn't started to peel or anything and there are two small breathe holes on the front - one just under Yoko's chin and another about 8 inches below from that one.
A very rare chance to pick up a truly exceptional, mint copy of this mega rare album!
