Imagine is John Lennon’s most iconic solo album, released in 1971 just after the Beatles disbanded. This is the first U.S. pressing issued by Capitol Records after Apple label stock ran out, featuring the maroon Capitol label and matrix SW-1-3379 Z6 with “MASTERED BY CAPITOL” and the Artisan triangle in the dead wax.

The vinyl is glossy and in excellent condition with only minimal signs of play. The cover retains its original factory shrinkwrap, complete with vintage Pathmark price sticker. The shrink is clean and tight with minor seam splits at the edges, but no signs of reseal. The original Capitol lyric inner sleeve is included and well-preserved. Also included is the original fold-out poster, which is clean, crisp, and near mint.

A complete, collectible example of the 1971 Capitol Records pressing of Imagine, with all original packaging intact and in above-average condition.
