  JOHN LENNON - IMAGINE    Year:1971  Cat:PAS 10004

  • On offer here is a superb sounding complete copy of this classic album.
  • The laminated cardboard sleeve is flat with a couple thumb creases at top right and some small laminate creases towards the edges. The spine is fully intact and the back is very clean. Some feathering to the lower half of the sleeve opening. Graded VG+.
  • The lyric inner (catalogue no written at top) , poster and postcard are all in excellent condition.
  • The thick vinyl has great gloss with a few very light marks only visible under strong light.  Visually graded EX. The labels are in excellent condition with only a couple spindle trails.  The matrix numbers are 10004 A/B in the dead wax so not the very earliest press. However it plays superbly and is graded EX+. Playgraded EX+.

    My records are graded in accordance with Record Collector's Grading System as follows:

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc

+ or - indicates a grading in between categories
