JOHN LENNON & YOKO ONO Unfinished Music 2 ZAPPLE Apple ST 3357 Beatles vinyl Shipping Info Description Vintage lp: JOHN LENNON AND YOKO ONO - UNFINISHED MUSIC NO. 2: LIFE WITH THE LIONS - on Zapple Records (Apple), Stereo, ST-3357 (A-3/A-3), 5 tracks, with "Made in Merrie England" on back cover. An album of avant-garde music released by John Lennon and Yoko Ono in May 1969 on Zapple, a sub-label of Apple. It was a successor to 1968's highly controversial Unfinished Music No.1: Two Virgins, and was followed by the Wedding Album. The album peaked in the US at number 179. The album, whose title is a play on words of the BBC Radio show Life with The Lyons, was recorded at Queen Charlotte's Hospital in London and live at Cambridge University, in November 1968 and March 1969, respectively. CONDITION: VG/VG+ (vinyl has some minor scuffing and a couple of very minimal scratches that do not affect play; labels are clean; jacket is very nice with some minor ringwear, clean edges, corners and spine).
