Description
Up for auction is a copy of The Wedding Album by John Lennon & Yoko Ono, released in 1969 on Apple. This is a re-press from the mid 1970s from Japan, cat no EAS 80702. It includes (as far as I’m aware) all the inserts & gifts as follows: vinyl in gatefold cover, 12x12 cake photo, cartoon tri-fold, “The Press” book, “The Wedding” poster, bed-in photo, wedding certificate (attached to box inner), photobooth strip, unique-to-Japan lyric sheet (!), all in a box. No obi.
Condition: vinyl is glorious, looks unplayed. All of the inserts are also in great condition. The box has some wear along the edges, but no splits (it’s of a much sturdier construction than the UK or US boxes). Price sticker stain on the top right. M-/EX/VG+ (vinyl/cover+inserts/box)
My grades: I use a 10-point scale: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor). I never use mint as a grade for used records. I am a long-time (25+ years!) record collector, and play-grade where possible. I don’t use stock photos: the item in pictured here is the item for sale. My feedback from buyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings. Even so, if you have any problems, I'll give you your money back (less shipping costs), no questions asked. Buy with confidence!
