Cover: Laminated (both sides) non-gatefold cover is Excellent. Nice clear spine. No writings, doodles or seam splits. Some minor laminate creasing.
Labels: Textured 1st pressing pink Island 'eyeball' labels are Near Mint.
Vinyl: Play tested. Looks VG+. Rates as VG+ to Excellent for playback. Hard to believe that it's now 44 years old. There is light crackle on some tracks and the odd pop but no crackle at all on others. Any crackle there is does not detract from the listening experience. A testament to the high quality of these thick 1960s UK vinyl pressings. This record still sound fab and is one of John Martyn's best albums ever. I had not played this for many years until I play tested it and I believe it may improve even further with a professional clean.

Gradings.......
Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratches.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and more significant scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
