John Mayall With Eric Clapton---"The Beano Sleeve"---"Bluesbreakers"---Original UK 1st Pressed Mono Album In VG+/G+ Condition On The Red Unboxed Decca Label---1A and 1A From 1966---Played A Lot Of Times....But Still Sounds Great!
This is a UK copy from 1966 in mono on the red unboxed Decca label, cat. no. LK.4804 with matrices 1A and 1A.
Vinyl: VG+. The vinyl is in nice condition with lots of small marks and light scratches and plays better than it looks. This copy has been played a lot, as you can see from the spindle wear. Side 1 has fairly heavy surface noise but most is covered by the music and there is some swishing between tracks. On side 2 there is some ticking at the end of track 4 and the rest is as side 1.
Labels: VG. Labels are in reasonable condition with no markings and the silver on red still shines in plenty of the text. There is heavy spindle wear on both sides.
Sleeve: G+. The flipback sleeve is in fairly solid condition with some heavy edge and corner wear and spine creasing. There is some age related discolouration to the white card back and some heavy staining. The laminate on the front has a lovely shine, with a little light creasing.
With a low start price you could get yourself a real bargain.
