Vinyl Condition/Visual Grading: EXCELLENT(++): and arguably, undergraded as such. A super visual copy that is very clean, shiny, intense black and very solidly pressed on top quality Decca vinyl. These late unboxed mono I consider very special . This has been played very little with any surface marks very fine, few and faint.. I doubt if this record has seen light-of-day for decades and was a joy to play-grade . Visually a fantastic record that should please most-all collectors

Sound Quality and Audio Grading: This magnificent record plays even beyond its high visual grading with nothing to fault. Strong, distortion-free sound, all frequencies are sharp and clear - sound quality is very high with a wide dynamic range and very detailed sound. The quality sound will seldom be heard better with most being affected by vintage record players that were never groove-friendly.. Any surface sounds barely even register and no pops or clicks were noted and this is an exceptional clean pressing, but as you would expect from Decca . Few copies will match or outperform this original stereo I am certain this record has been played very lightly and has been clearly well stored and carefully handled . Unlike most of the early monos, this has never been subjected to thick, worn, heavy tracking mono stylus and has been carefully stored and lightly played and with utmost care. This copy will prove very difficult to find better and is strongly recommended.

Comments ..........Weight of this Record is 146 grams. Not the typical 137 grams Decca pressing.This is the best qualite heaver pressingof this very solidly pressed Decca record.

Scarce as an unboxed copy. Issued in 1969, the year of the change to the boxed format, the originals were only available for a relatively brief time. Finding ultra clean, hardly played geniune originals is harder still, and this is a beauty that will delight most-all fans of this legendary bluesman.
