wow. we've only seen a few of these. they just never show up. one of those records that when I see "ultra rare" in the title I don't mentally frown,  and feel the term is justified
 these are usually kinda beat at least.
here is a genuine 1965 mono first press of this in really really nice shape


CONDITION of VINYL:  near Mint ...the ONLY marks on this are  a few non sounding hazing lines from being in the deluxe inner plastic sleeve that came with this pressing for so long.  NO spindle marks on either side.
we naturally hesitate in grading vinyl this old and rare "near mint" or even "Near mint minus" even if fully play graded.
 play grading, we usually attach a "minus" onto a near mint grade just to be conservative  BUT having said that. this is easily NEAR MINT. we have no doubts the future owner of this LP will concur with that grade :)

CONDITION  of SLEEVE:VG++  there is some creasing on front cover left corner and one at bottom left corner.and hints of ringwear but gloss is thick and even beyond this,  NO seamsplit. ZERO edgewear.
 The back cover is very clean white, and shows same flaws as front  but to a even a  lesser degree.
