Description
Here's a rare chance to pick up a previously unknown, recently discovered killer private press LP in the loner / downer acid folk psych style. Only one copy has ever been for sale that I know of, from a leading rare record dealer who recently put a $300 price tag on it!
The album is JOHN TERLAZZO's "Honour among thieves", a private press from the Eastcoast US 1983. The style and atmosphere is 10 years earlier, with a strong, dark downer feel that often goes into truly spooky and psychedelic domains. It's semi-acoustic and uses violin and spooky female harmonies to great effect, while the guy's vocals are moody and quite good. The few who have heard this have been blown away, and you will NOT be disappointed, with 3-4 killer folk-psych tracks and a solid quality throughout. This is a STILL SEALED unopened, unplayed copy, with some dust from storage on the shrink, while the actual album cover is clean. Condition M/M.
I have been collecting and dealing rare 1960s-70s records and items for 25 years. All items are graded M/M-/Ex/Vg++/Vg+/Vg/Vg-/G/F/P based on both aural and visual aspects. “M†corresponds to 10/10 on a 1-10 scale, while “P†equals 1/10. I rarely offer records below Vg+. This is a grading system used by many LP dealers, and I use it for other types of items as well. Grading for LPs/45s is disc/sleeve. Defects or unusual properties of the item will be mentioned specifically. Feel free to inquire during the auction.

I encourage use of eBay checkout, but will also send separate e-mails for verification. Shipping costs will be calculated after auction and added to winning bid. 45s and CDs never ship for more than $5 anywhere, LPs never ship for more than $12. If you want to have the parcel sent registered or insured you must specifically require this. No ripoff "additional" fees for handling/eBay/Paypal/whatever added - what you see is what you get. Payment accepted via Paypal (recommended) or cash (US dollar/GB pounds/Euro/SE Kronor) in letter (at your risk). For European customers I also accept direct bank-to-bank wire transfers, which is an excellent method. No money orders or cheques.
Winner must get in touch within 3 days after auction’s end and submit payment within 10 days, or item will be withdrawn and negative eBay feedback left. Enforcing this is how I got my only negative comment, and I'm proud of it. Positive eBay feedback always left for smooth transactions. Good luck!
