Description
Here is your chance to buy a great and MEGA RARE album by a John Williams (not the one from SKY) but a great folk singer songwriter which is titled "John Williams" and is an original release of the album from 1967. This is the original 1st and only release of the album on the collectable Black and Blue Columbia label(SX 6169)and I believe it was produced by the young JIMMY PAGE (known as james Page). There was only ever very few copies of this album produced and it is highly sought after now by record collectors as it is a truly great piece of folk music and folk history containing 16 great tracks from 1967 all written by John Williams himself.It truly is a folk singer songwriter gem and was listed in record collector last year along side names as Ernie Graham, Simon Finn and Robin Scott, for their great unknown LPS from the 60s and 70s.
The album contains 16 great tracks.
The vinyl is in VG- condition with many surface marks visible and they do cause background noise throughout that like i say is background noise in the background but there are no jumps or skips and and even with the background noise it sounds great.
The sleeve is in VG+/EX- condition there is slight ringwear to the front cover, ringwear to the rear aswell at the top of the sleeve.There is somegeneral shelfwear to the sleeve but still nice, From pic you might be able to see a small worn patch on middle bottom seam and middle side seam where it has rubbed away.
This is still a very nice collectable LP and you very rarely see this for sale.
The postage costs for this LP is £2.70 if in the UK and a bit more if elsewhere. I will reduce the postage costs for multiple purchases.
