After I have some records returned by Brazilian Customs under the allegation that I was violating the Brazilian Custom laws I just send records as "goods" rather than 

as "documents". This measure, however, is more expensive but faster (4 to 7 business days) and more secure for the buyer. All 

shipments outside Brazil will go Priority Registered Merchandise Lightweight with tracking number. This is good for packages up to 500gs which reaches the average of 

remittances that I do in appropriate boxes 34 X 34 X 4 cm Please ask me about prices for delivery in the case of double records or more records that you want to buy.

Returning policy

1. HOW WE GRADE/RATE THE QUALITY OF OUR RECORDS:

I am very conservative grading my records, all of them was carefully listened before placed up to auction. I am not after the "easy money" so I need to help you to define as better as I can the record condition, your satisfaction is my better prize: a solid reputation, thank you!

Please remember that Ebay has a new rating system called DSRs. It´s those little stars you click on when you leave feedback. When you give 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in Shipping Time means "quickly"; Ebay, however, considers this a sub par mark. Their standards require sellers to mantain a 4.8 and above or be penalized with higher fees and more. I strive for 5 star service by stating upfront my policies, my shipping rate and my shipping frequency. If you were pleased with this transaction, please respond with all 5 stars! MINT (M) = the record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or  deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric  sheets are in perfect condition. records sealed or unplayed should be mint.  EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is  very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have  slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been  played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite  noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear  on the cover or extra items. GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that  the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and  mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges,  spine splits, discolouration, etc FAIR (F) = the record is still just playable  but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it  may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. (+  or - indicates a grading in between categories)

- Some records may have clicks and crackles but it will say so on the ad.
- I don’t sell defected records (such as popped or warped).

- I only accept return products within a 14 day period after delivery.
