Condition:   

Disc:   NEAR MINT with 100% of original gloss, as clean as can be found.  Labels are clean and pristine.  Fidelity is superb.  You will not find a nicer copy of this disc anywhere.

Jacket:  

FRONT is quite presentable, with vivid color and no ring wear of other flaws other than several dinged/damaged corners. 

REVERSE has issues due to storage where it apparently stuck to another jacket and so there are portions of that jacket that stuck to the back of this one (see photo).  Most of the writing is legible and intact.  There are also a couple creases on the reverse.  Top and bottom seams each has a split of approximately 3 inches.  Spine is fine.  No writing or stickers. 

Not the nicest jacket, but displays pretty nice from the front view, and should be satisfactory to most collectors given the scarcity of the item and the gorgeous condition and superb sound quality of the disc.
