  • I'M BACK WITH SOME REAL GOOD 45s - This is an ORIGINAL 1957 U.S. CARBON RECORDS 45 containing the GREAT R&B ROCKER titled 'Mixed Up Baby' from Johnny Bullard.  No catalog number is shown on the record labels.  Flip side is an R&B ballad titled 'Fear Not'.
This is the same artist who recorded as John Bullard on Deluxe a few years earlier, and this song is in the same hot rocking style as his earlier Deluxe recordings!  This 45 appears to be a VERY RARE ITEM - I have researched this item and have not been able to find a prior sale of this piece on eBay either in the recently completed auctions or on the Popsike site.  I have based my opening bid price on the final bid prices of the only other John Bullard 45 for which I was able to find prior eBay sales on Popsike, and this 45 is very similar musically to that song - 'Mary Lou', on Deluxe.  I have included a sample of 'Mixed Up Baby' in this listing:

Condition of record is a real nice EX with all original gloss and just a very few light visible sleeve marks which are not the result of use, cannot be felt, and do not affect play.  There is a 1-1/2" triangular light colored rough to the touch area in the vinyl play surface on both sides which has the appearance of have been heat damaged, but is in fact a flaw in the vinyl play surface which appears to be a mainly cosmetic pressing defect and which has no effect on play, I have play tested the record over this area and it plays very nicely with no hissing, the music is pressed right into this area.  A-side label has a slight amount of fading in one small area, labels have no other real problems.  This RARE ITEM would be a choice addition to any 1950s R&B rock-n-roll record collection!  First class mail postage within the U.S. is $3.50.  I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE - REGISTERED WITH SIGNATURE DELIVERY FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL POSTAGE TO AREAS OUTSIDE THE U.S. IS $27.70 EXCEPT FOR CANADA (24.50).
