SLEEVE: name neatly printed front and rear, otherwise Superb..laminate tight...edges and corners sharp..nice and clean ...spine lettering lovely and clear: EX

VINYL - SIDE ONE: Beautiful...looks unplayed: EX+  

VINYL - SIDE TWO: Beautiful...looks unplayed: EX+

LABELS: name printed neatly on both sides, otherwise like new: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
