This is a genuine original. Arguably the ultimate as far as rockabilly albums released in Australia from the 50’s go- and one of the rarest and most collectible albums released in this country in any style or era goes. This was the album for example where Paul Burlison first used the fuzz guitar style he invented.

 As far as the condition of the vinyl is concerned- both sides have only the lightest of paper marks and is EX to EX+. The deep groove technology of the time means there’s very little crackle or popping as the music plays. The cover has all seams and corners intact. There are a few light age spots on the cover (see scan) front and back and would be strong EX .The label is in nice condition- and is EX+.

 ‘The Rock’n’ Roll Trio’ is unarguably the greatest rockabilly album ever released. Only 500 copies were done in Australia. You can imagine how many were trashed at parties etc

This is one of the very few that survived in top condition.

CONDITION WISE:

MINT: New condition, no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras in superb condition.

EXCELLENT: Slight signs of having been played, no lessening of sound quality. Cover, label, extras may show slight signs of usage.

VERY GOOD: Played quite a few times, no real deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras may show some amount of wear and tear.

GOOD: Showing considerable wear and tear. Reasonable, playable sound. Cover, label, extras may also display considerable deterioration.                                             

FAIR: Sound quality may have deteriorated. Cover, label, extras may also display significant wear and tear.
