Description
TITLE/INFO: OK, I'll be listing more old and rare 45's these next few weeks, as well as more early '50's-'60's EP's and LP's, so if you have interest in great conditioned "oldies" please continue to check in on my site - and thank you in advance. This rare, highly collectible and classic R'n'R/Rock-A-Billy 45 by The Johnny Burnette Trio from 1956, is entitled "The Train Kept A-Rollin'/Honey Hush", and is in excellent condition - and I've even included an original Coral Records company sleeve (also pictured above). LABEL INFO: This original, orange colored Coral Label (9-61719) is mostly clean and nice, although there is an easily removable paper remnant on one side only - yes, that is what is in the picture above and it is removable. Except for this slight issue, the labels are perfectly fine - I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circle which would indicate very like play. VINYL INFO: The vinyl is also primarily shiny, clean, and nice, and again, there is nothing seriously negative to mention. There are some super small and light (and I do mean super small and light) paper/surface lines on either side, but they have no effect on the record's play - and really not much on it's appearance either. PICTURE SLEEVE: There is no picture sleeve, but I have included an original and nicely conditioned Coral Records company sleeve (again, view the pics above)! INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, in my opinion, this classic, collectible record and company sleeve are both very clean and nice, so please have at it. As always, I have begun the auction at a very low opening bid and have no reserve price - just free and open bidding - so good luck! FYI, if anyone wants to bid on multiple items to save postage costs, I am more than happy to "save" your winning pieces here at the house until you are ready for shipping - just tell me ahead of time and please pay as you win them. In addition to this record, I will continue to list many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and even some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my entire personal collection, and there are 1000's of more records to list yet -- of all varieties and genres. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!! If anyone ever needs more info than what is listed, please email me. I will respond! POSTAGE/HANDLING CHARGES: In the United States, the buyer agrees to pay $4.00 (1st Class Mail and Delivery Confirmation) for the first 45 purchased, and then just $.50 per 45 after that-----so, buy in quantity and save. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces. The charges for overseas are $18.00 for the 1st 45 and then just $3.00 per 45 after that. PLEASE NOTE: I will not be responsible for records that are lost or damaged by either US or overseas Postal Services. However, for additional fees, I will gladly ship the packages Priority Mail and/or add insurance! Please email me with either, or both, requests if this is of interest to you. Also, please continue to check out "rogersrecords" on ebay for future collectible records of all types. There are many more to come! browser does not support JavaScript.
