Description
This is the original UK LP by JOHNNY CASH, JOHNNY CASH WITH HIS HOT AND BLUR GUITAR, 1959 Mono 1st Press on the Plum coloured LONDON AMERICAN SERIES label HA-S 2179
Matrix numbers are: Side 1:- AYL-1144-1B, Side 2:- AYL-1145-1B
Stamper codes are: Side 1:- 1 / H, Side 2:- 2/1 / H
Additionally stamped in the run-off area's are:-
Side 1:- 'KT' 12 O'clock position
Side 2:- ' SM2' 7 O'clock position
The original 1959 UK 1st issue Robert Stace cover is in EX+ condition. The cover maintains all it's original colour. The spine is clean and solid. No seam splits, no unwanted writing. Slight scuffing to the back. On the front the lamination is lovely and thick and glossy, great lamination!.
The vinyl is in EX+++ condition. The vinyl shows all it's original shine and lustre. I have played both sides very carefully, and the vinyl plays EX+, playing with nice sharp tone, slight crackle to be heard, mainly in-between tracks.
The label's are in EX+++ condition, lovely and clean, no scuffs, no wanted writing, maintaining all their original bright vibrant colour.
The original 1959 UK 1st issue inner sleeve is in EX+++ / MINT- condition, lovely clean, no seam splits, no unwanted writing.
