I'm offering the Johnny Cash album "The Adventures of Johnny Cash" released in 1982 by Columbia Records. #FC-38094 In stereo and in mint, unplayed condition. This is not a promo or test pressing, but rather a store-bought record. "Georgia On A Fast Train" and "We Must Believe In Magic" were both released as singles with minor chart success: "Georgia" got as high as #55 on Billboard's C&W chart while the latter peaked at #84 C&W.

The album's jacket and sleeve are in good condition. I've owned this album since it was released and it's been in my album rack in my living room ever since. Having worked in the entertainment business here in Hollywood, I came into a lot of free records. More than I could listen to. I'm selling this now to thin out my collection of some 3000 record albums.

I have a second record I'd like to include for free. An acetate of Johnny Cash's 64th album "Rockabilly Blues". Released in 1980. #JC-36779. Highlights include "Cold Lonesome Morning," which had some minor chart success (No. 53 in the country charts), "Without Love," by his son-in-law, Nick Lowe, and a cover of the witty "The Twentieth Century is Almost Over." The reason it's free is because when I inspected it closely I noticed a slight, barely visible ripple on the edge which causes skipping for the first minute or so on the first song of each side. After that it's smooth sailing. Record is in A+ condition onward. Also unplayed except for the first minute of each side. This comes with the original work order by CBS Records in New York City 33 years ago. The following three images are for that album.

     These two albums will be wrapped in plastic, sealed, and placed between 2 sheets of sturdy corrugated cardboard box. On the outside I'll boldly write: HANDLE WITH CARE and KEEP OUT OF SUN.
