Description
This is a fairly scarce 12" single of Johnny Cash's from 1980, "Without Love", and as noted on the HYPE STICKER, it is "written and produced by NICK LOWE, vocal JOHNNY CASH, lead guitar DAVE EDMUNDS, lead guitar BOB WOOTTON, electric bass NICK LOWE, drums PETE THOMAS" and "Recorded at UK Pro Studios, London England, taken from the Columbia album "ROCKABILLY BLUES" by Johnny Cash." It has "Without Love" on Side One, and Side Two has no music but does have the SIGNATURES of Johnny Cash and Nick Lowe, along with the song title, ETCHED INTO THE VINYL! This is a PROMO and they didn't seem to make many of these, so here's your chance! The vinyl is all around very clean and shiny, great color, just very nice. Side Two is very clean as well with the etched signatures very distinct and undamaged. The cover has the die cut hole in the middle, has a bit of edge wear, a wrinkle along part of the top edge, and a bend on the bottom right corner. It is just a plain shiny black sleeve with no writing on it, just the very clean hype sticker top right, and a gold stamp "for promotion only" stamp on the back. Great copy with a good sleeve (NO splitting), this likely won't last long, eBay hasn't had one in awhile to my knowledge. Thanks for looking in our store. This will be by Media Mail, which is a bit slower but allows us to ship all US vinyl purchases FREE! We use official LP mailers with the record outside the cover, and in clean white sleeves separately from any photo inner sleeves. All vinyl is cleaned with an enzyme spray then finished with a SpinClean Machine. With sealed vinyl, please understand that we will only accept returns if the LP is still sealed, which is for our financial protection as well as yours.
