Here is the original US BLUE NOTE LP for LITTLE JOHNNY C by JOHNNY COLES with the original inner sleeve.

---DESCRIPTION---

?EAR and VAN GELDER marks in run-off groove on both sides.

?DEEP GROOVE : Side 1 only

---CONDITION---

?COVER : (NM) Very beautiful cover. The only defect is the small writing on the back(Please see photo). 

?RECORD : (NM) Play great on both sides. The small pen mark on Side.1(Please see photo).

?INNER SLEEVE?(VG+) The small tear on one side but nothing serious (It has been repaired from inside). The slight wrinkle and stain.

---RECORD GRADING---

M(MINT): The record itself is perfect like brand new condition. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. 

NM: The record itself is nearly perfect like with no obvious signs of wear or deterioration in sound quality. The cover has no crease, folds seam split or any other noticeable similar defect.

EX: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VG+: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.  The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine/bottom splits, discoloration, etc.
