Nice copy of this rare Johnny Costa Trio album 'Costa Living'
Record is VG+ with a very slight edge warp that does not affect play.
Cover is VG+ with very minor edge wear and a slight bow
There's a great deal of misunderstanding or lack of awareness of this album, so let me say that Costa Living is a jazz piano trio LP released in the mid-1970s by Johnny Costa, well-known as the pianist on Mr. Rogers Neighborhood. Costa Living was produced by the WQED public television station (where Mr. Rogers was filmed) and features legendary Pittsburgh swingers Roger Ryan on drums and Jimmy DeJulio on bass. Johnny and the trio play a set of 5 standards plus one Fred Rogers tune ("Good Feeling"), but it isn't just a 'blowing' date, as Johnny has interesting little arrangements for each song. This trio swings madly!
