Yes this is the JOHNNY CRASH Neighbourhood Threat LP!
US FIRST EDITION release # 45126 WTG Records Has the CBS French Canadian / English Loan (Promo) Copy GOLD STAMP on the upper left corner on the back cover
Condition: I'm not a professional vinyl grader, but I can say the LP itself is great except very few minor surface scratches that don't affect the playing. Inlay with lyrics missing (replaced with standard blank one). If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
