Jacket
Jacket is in decent shape.  Clear tape at top to fix split.  No other splits.  Front cover has light wear, corners with light wear.  Back cover has scuffing.
235 West 46th Street, New York 36, NY at bottom of jacket.

Vinyl has just a few light scratches, very little wear to the record.  It looks like it has been played very little.  Overall a nice record.
