Here we have an early album by the iconic French rocker, Johnny Hallyday in which he sings in English, not French. Hear the man who later came to be known as the 'French Elvis', early in his career, singing the songs of Chuck Berry, Fats Domino, Ray Charles, Gene Vincent, Jerry Lee Lewis, Paul Anka, Ricky Nelson and others. This Amercian pressing is exceptionally clean. There are some very light dust scratches visible under strong light, but nothing serious. I'd call it a strong VG+. The cover has a sticker (or sticker remnant) in the upper right hand corner of the front (see photo) and a small punch-out hole just beneath it. There are some signs of the sleeve's 47 year old age visible - some rubbing/wear marks and age discoloration visible in the white backgrounds and along the open edge - but no tears, rips, seam splits or other real issues. Both labels are perfect, and the record is in its original paper inner sleeve. There is a modest reserve on this item.
