By all accounts and Under The Under the scrutiny of good lighting (see photo) this obviously well-cared for original NORGRAN MONO PRESSING was played perhaps a few times only; the 1951/52 Hodges' sessions here really highlight the jazz flair that he so had; he was a jazzman's jazzman for sure and played with the best of them; a true jazz professional ; please see photographs

** I believe I picked this jazz LP at a very large venue Berlin Record fair back in '88/'89. It was in fantastic original condition I recall; it looked as though one had just got back from their favorite independent record store having spent the $4.98 as they used to cost -- I mean it was that 'new' looking- so I had to have it. this is the first time it has been offered anywhere since then
