TITLE/INFO: I'll be listing more old and rare 45's over these next few weeks/months, as well as more early '50's-'60's EP's and LP's, so if you have interest in great conditioned "oldies" please continue to check in on my site - and thank you in advance. This hugely popular, classic hit record by Johnny Horton is on the original Columbia label from 1960! The hit song are entitled "Sink The Bismark", but the B-side, "The Same Old Tale The Crow Told Me" is an excellent song as well. And all of this is on a white label, "promotion record - not for sale" 45 (see pics and read on)!! Finally, in addition to selling this nearly perfect picture sleeve I've listed with this record, I have also included a slightly lesser conditioned 2nd copy of the same picture sleeve - so, you will have two picture sleeves in all and one is in near mint condition. LABEL INFO: This original Columbia Label (4-41568) is in great shape with no flaws at all - not even any spindle lines around the center circle. VINYL INFO: Yes, the vinyl is also incredibly clean and nice and very close to perfect - really, I see no serious flaws at all! PICTURE SLEEVE: Finally, the primary picture sleeve I've listed here is also practically as good as new. I honestly see no flaws on this 1st picture sleeve at all - it really is that nice. The 2nd sleeve I am virtually "throwing in as an extra item" is also in very nice shape - just slightly less than the main one I've listed. Both are pictured above with the secondary sleeve listed at the end of my pictures. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, this super nice 45/PS is in truly excellent shape and, as always, I have begun the auction at a low opening bid and have no reserve price - just free and open bidding - so good luck! FYI, if anyone wants to bid on multiple items to save postage costs, I am more than happy to "save" your winning pieces here at the house until you are ready for shipping - just tell me ahead of time and please pay as you win them. In addition to this record, I will continue to list many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and even some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my entire personal collection, and there are 1000's of more records to list yet -- of all varieties and genres. POSTAGE/HANDLING CHARGES: In the United States, the buyer agrees to pay $4.00 (1st Class Mail and Delivery Confirmation) for the first 45 purchased, and then just $.50 per 45 after that-----so, buy in quantity and save. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces. The charges for overseas are $18.00 for the 1st 45 and then just $3.00 per 45 after that. PLEASE NOTE: I will not be responsible for records that are lost or damaged by either US or overseas Postal Services.
