I'm Counting On You + Steady Game   MR. PEACOCK  RECORDS #MP 111 (DJ Promo)   The record is in VG to VG+ condition... a solid play with a whisper of crackle... The labels are in nice condition with a radio station pen mark on the labels... (see pictures for up-close condition) 
This was obtained from the personal collection of Chicago record producer  

and renowned blues bass player…  “Righthand” Frank Bandy

 This was purchased in January of 2019 from Frank’s widow.
