JOHNNY O’KEEFE J'OK Rare Items (1978 UK 12” Vinyl LP Compilation album housed in picture sleeve near mint - JOK JLP-200 Mono) JOHNNY O’KEEFE - Australian Rock 'N' Roll singer. Began his career in the mid to late 1950's when, together with American born entrepreneur Lee Gordon, he pioneered rock 'n' roll in Australia. He earned the title of "The Wild One" from his frantic stage antics and his 1959 recording of "Shout" became an Australian rock 'n' roll' national anthem.

The record has been played enough that the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably and may have pops and skips. The sleeve may suffer from scuffs, spine splits, ring wear and/or discolouration.
