COVER CONDITION    Excellent  (EX), The thin flipback cover is in nice condition with slight ring and general wear and a small name written on the back just under the top flap (would be hard to find a better cover these days).

RECORD CONDITION  Very Good Plus  (VG+), the record is in nice condition with some light scratches and some light scuffs and has nice looking labels

GENERAL COMMENTS  This is an Australian only release and as is one of his first ep's released (maybe his first), good luck finding another copy of this 53 year old ep
