TITLE/ARTIST: Hello and please continue to check out all current and future listings as everything from my personal collection will eventually come up for sale - records from the '50's, '60's, and much, much more - all in great condition! Here is one of those early, rare and highly collectible LP`s by 1950's-'60's Rockabilly/R'n'R artist, Johnny Olenn. This was his 1st and only LP release and became highly collectible for it's early rockabilly/rock'n'roll sound back in 1956. Johnny Olenn became a major part of the '50's R'n'R/Rockabilly explosion, as well as our musical history - even if his time doing this was relatively short lived. It is yet another super rare album in outstanding condition - both the vinyl and the jacket. This rare album - his 1st and only - is on the original, turquoise colored Liberty Label and is entitled "Just Rollin' With Johnny Olenn" and contains many of his earliest recordings. The LP includes 12 great songs of his - all in MONO and all in outstanding shape (see the pictures above for all the song titles). LABEL INFO: This original, turquoise colored, Liberty Label (LRP 3029) is nearly perfect with real no issues at all - I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circle, which indicates to me that it had very little, if any, actual play time. VINYL INFO: Likewise, the vinyl is also super shiny, clean, and nice with again, nothing in need of a mention. In my opinion, the vinyl honestly looks almost as good as the day it was 1st purchased. JACKET INFO: Finally, this attractive jacket is also very good, but not quite perfect either. There are a few super small scuff marks along the seams and in the corner areas, but these are quite minor and some light signs of early aging along the outer edges of the backside only. Otherwise, this jacket has no serious flaws or other issues - and the beautiful front side is just about perfect. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, in my opinion, this extremely rare and highly collectible LP is in the really nice shape, so please have at it and continue to check this site for more great conditioned "oldies" from my personal collection. As I have already mentioned, over time I am selling off my entire collection, and there are 100's more to get to yet -- of all genre's, sizes, and varieties. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So again, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time.
