This is a 78 RPM on Capitol 3966 Canadian issue.
Visually shellac is a glossy VG with light scuff and hairline marks.
Play graded on my 78 RPM Magnavox Record demonstrator sound is loud with just some very light background surface noise - still great for your jukebox
