RARE original very first UK pressing of "Gemini Suite" by Jon Lord with the London Symphony Orchestra, on Purple Records (October 1971).
Featuring the talents of Albert Lee (g), Tony Ashton (p), Roger Glover (b), Ian Paice (dr) and Yvonne Elliman (voc), as well as the London Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Malcolm Arnold. "Gemini Suite" was Jon Lord`s second foray into symphonic rock, probably more appropriately termed "classic rock" - but in the original sense of the term!
GRADING:
MINT(-) COVER. Original very first release sleeve, textured inside and out. Legend on inside sleeve reads: "Printed and made by Garrod and Lofthouse Ltd."
In stunning, absolutely perfect condition, this cover looks like the day it came out of the store.
