Beautiful, rare 1970 original white label promo copy of this Joni Mitchell LP on Reprise with the steamboat label, radio time strip and "Joni Mitchell Ladies of the Canyon" sticker on the front. "1A" in the matrix indicates that this is a first pressing. A promo usually indicates a 'hot stamper' copy - pressed with a fresh stamper at the beginning of it run for a fresh, crisper, louder sound quality - as far as this record goes you can't find a better listening experience than this! Forget any reissues or supposed audiophile versions, this is how the record was meant to sound! Vinyl is NM, looks hardly played, retains its luster and shine. Gatefold sleeve is VG++ with some typical wear for a record of its age but looks great overall, this record has been very well cared for! Original Reprise inner sleeve included to complete the package. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer original promo copy than this! A truly great addition or upgrade to any record collection!
