Description

1978 Edition Block release (GR-EB 113-14). 2 LPs in gatefold sleeve (1 side on second LP left empty). In 1978 George Maciunas, founder and chairman of FLUXUS, died in NYC at the age of 47. In invert of these numbers the duration of the piano duet, performed to his memory by Beuys and Paik was planned for 74 minutes. This is a recording of the event. Sleeve is VG+, vinyl is NM. keywords: experimental, avant garde, electronic, electroacoustic, musique concrete Fluxus, poesie sonore, etc.
