Nice find here folks. AMAZING RECORD!!! OK, I Gave it a quick wipe down then played through the whole thing and it sounds great. Nice a loud recording. LIght surface noise on some quiet parts and in between tracks with a pop here and there. It def needs a good wet wash but I'll leave that to the new owner. Still a good copy at a great NON-MINT price.
Vinyl= VG+ Still has a nice shine with light lines and paper scuffs. Some slight bowing from what I'm assuming is being at the end of a stack of records. Doesn't affect play or listening experience in the slightest, but needs to be mentioned. 
Cover=VG Noticeable ring and edge wear (black covers really show this)  Seems are all intact/no splits, small hole punch on top right corner. Still, not too shabby!
