Hard sleeve issues were released after the Am.GI's had left the island by the mid 70's
Big companies entered Taiwan, and started pressing tiny quantities under licence orig. Masters.
They were NOT bought by the locals , as they were not interested in western music at that time.
Many were dumped and destroyed by the humidity/ climate change. Any great condition found is a rarity nowadays
