Hello and welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now.  Here is what you're bidding on:  
TITLE & ARTIST: "The Journeymen" - by The Journeymen on the Capitol Records label (T 1629), in beautiful original "High Fidelity" sound, released in 1961. 
CONDITION: JACKET - VG+(Jacket has corner and edge wear, with some splitting across the top seam - please see actual album in photo); VINYL - Excellent(Vinyl glows with vitality and has several very light scuffs; NOTE: I am listening now, and the sound is nothing short of spectacular, with only a couple of very light pops - Visually Graded under custom spotlight).  
SPECIAL FEATURES: Listening to this amazing Journeymen album brings one nothing but appreciation for their skill. Such great harmonizing cannot be ignored: YOU MUST BE MOVED. This is the original Capitol High Fidelity Mono issue, and the sound is out of this world. This group was founded by the legendary John Phillips, later of Mamas/Papas fame, Scott McKenzie, late of "Going to San Francisco" fame, and the great banjo artist Dick Weissman. What a delight! Special NOTE: Bob Dylan did his own manic version of "Fennario" on his first album, and Peter/Paul/Mary did a very smooth "500 Miles" on their own album. Thus were The Journeymen carried forward.

OUR GRADING SYSTEM: We grade visually, and we are happy to listen to any LP and give you an aural grade as well. SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); NM (Near Mint - our highest grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks that do not affect play); VG++ (Very Good Plus Plus - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).
