Description

Scarce poster JOY DIVISION An Ideal For Living UK 24" x 17" promotional poster issued to publicise the Anonymous Records 12" EP released in September 1978. Printed on matt paper stock and not to be confused with subsequent repro's, this remains in excellent condition, with just a corner bend, and some markings on the back, because it was stored rolled, and has caused no damage to the front (see photos). The single was self-released in 1978 and was the first recording as 'Joy Division', shortly after changing their name from 'Warsaw' - an incredible artefact and beautifully preserved.



We acquired a few posters several years ago from the late 1970s to the early 1980s. 
Measurements: 59cm x 43cm 


This has been stored rolled, but has already started to flatten out (see photos) and is excellent all round, considering it's age.
