Recorded at the Pennine Sound Studio in 1977 when Joy Division were still known as Warsaw, this seminal EP was eventually released in June 1978 on the band’s own Enigma label. This EP was Joy Division’s first official release and came before the band signed to the legendary Factory Records label. The 4 track EP comes with a 14” x 14” fold-out sleeve designed by the band’s lead guitarist Bernard Sumner, who went on to become the front man for New Order. Very few copies were produced and the four band members actually had to fold the sleeves and insert the EP themselves!

A ‘must have’ for all serious collectors of Joy Division, New Order and Factory Records!

Condition:
Sleeve: some very slight yellowing, otherwise fine (see pictures, high-res pictures can be mailed or see here).
Vinyl: excellent condition (in the last 12 years only played a few times), label in exc. condition as well
