Factory (US) FACTUS 6 from 1981. See Color Vinyl info below.
The vinyl for this release has several variations (hold up to a light source to see): Purple translucent or red translucent or green translucent or brown translucent.
The red-tinted version was apparantly more widely distributed.
The colors are the result of formulations used for the original pressings, with the purple being the very first pressing.
I BELIEVE THIS IS THE FIRST PRESSING PURPLE VERSION. IT’S HARD TO SAY, SINCE IT IS SO DARK. SEE PHOTOS.
There also are two sleeve variations:
A thick textured rough cardboard cover with textured printed inner sleeve having rounded corners
or a smooth cardboard cover with paper printed inner sleeve having straight corners.
THIS ONE IS THE FIRST VERSION: TEXTURED INNER SLEEVES WITH ROUNDED CORNERS.
This record is in Good condition.
Vinyl is excellent except for a light scratch through “the Eternal” and the first part of “Decades”, and another smaller one in “Decades.” They are fairly insignificant. Didn’t cause a skip and I could only hear a faint pop from them when played on my system.
SEE PHOTOS.
The records I am currently selling, unless otherwise noted, are used and in about the condition you would expect to find in a used bin in a record store.
That means small surface scratches on the vinyl and some dings/creases/scratches on the cover are possible.
I have attempted to get good photos of anything that stands out.
Selling AS IS.
I am currently sorting and listing a large collection of mostly Indie Rock, Shoegaze, New Wave, Goth, and Punk vinyl. Check back often as it will take me a while to get through it all.
