Description

This is a mint copy, never been played, rare original Australian pressing of the textured cover version of Joy Division’s UNKNOWN PLEASURES, released in Australia in September 1981 by GAP Records under licence. Manufactured and distributed by EMI Australia Ltd. Printed and made in Australia by Bookcraft Pty Ltd, catalogue number FACOZ 1003.

  • Matrix / Runout (Runout side A): FACOZ 1003 A (Outside) Otto
  • Matrix / Runout (Runout side B): FACOZ 1003 B (Inside) Otto

This is the ‘textured cover’ version of this classic album and has been in my collection since 1981, stored in a climate controlled room and has never been played, so the labels have no spindle marks, the inner sleeve is excellent and the vinyl is pristine. The vinyl was only taken out from its cover for the first time today to be photographed.
