Description
Factory Records FACT 10. 1983 UK LP in textured cover with Garrod & Lofthouse credit and custom inner sleeve. This pressing dates from 1983 as it has the following matrix/runout codes:
Side A - TOWN HOUSE FACT 10 A2 GG
Side B - TOWN HOUSE FACT 10 B2 GG
The cover is in solid Excellent condition with just the slightest corner/edge wear apparent and a touch of ring-wear. The inner sleeve has rounded corners and has a few discolouration spots but no splits.
The record is also in solid Excellent condition when viewed under an unforgiving very bright halogen light.
