Description
Superclean pressing in tip-top condition, released in 1986. This pressing looks like the original first pressing from 1978 but is not ridged at the run-out grooves. Here's your chance to buy this legendary record and still be able to afford to eat. It was released in 1986, only 8 years after the original first pressing. The debut 7“ by JOY DIVISION goes by the title ‘An Ideal For Living’ EP. As you can see on the picture, there is a 14" x 14" fold-open sleeve for this EP. The upper left segment shows a figure resembling a Hitler Youth, but the band may have seen it as more exemplifying the notion of "Music By Youth" and the EP's title, the lower right segment is from the famous picture taken during the 1943 uprising in the Warsaw Ghetto. It features two brilliant '77 punk classics, ‘Warsaw’ and ‘Failures Of The Modern Man’. The other two tracks featured are ‘Leaders Of Men’ and the well-known ‘No Love Lost’. Pressed on ‘Enigma’ records (catalogue number PSS 139). Again, in tip-top condition.

Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
