Very Rare first LP of Frankie Valli before he became the Four Seasons.
Array of sounds, including elements of rockabilly, dance-oriented R&B, Doo Wop, Instrumentals, and pop. May surprise fans of the Four Seasons. The vocals by Frankie Valli, then known as Frankie Valley, share the spotlight with lead guitarist/singer Thomas DeVito and rhythm guitarist/singer Henry Majewski, and their overall sound is very interesting. Musically it is fascinating, if not the most compelling material of its era, practically a lost missing link from the early days of rock & roll by a phenomenally talented group.
I just played the LP completely through and sounds nice. There is back ground noise but music comes through ok and there was no skips. I would classify it as a:
VG....STILL A NICE RECORD, LOOKS A BIT USED, LIGHT SCRATCHES
NO GOUGES, STILL PLAY'S WELL, SURFACE NOISE.
On Cover there is 3 inch split top right hand side and bottom right side. Please see Pictures.
I am putting at NO RESERVE so to let the public decide on value of this Gem.
