"Division Of United Artists" label. No "Van Gelder" in runout. Cover has no address and no printing on spine.
Record looks and plays M-.
Cover is VG++, near M-.
Front cover is bright and glossy and has little, if any wear. Piece cut and missing from the bottom of the pocket corner. No split seams. Spine intact. The back cover is bright and clean and has little, if any, wear.
