You are bidding on a wonderful rare vintage LP titled J.R.R. Tolkien "Poems and Songs of Middle Earth" (TC 1231) released by Caedmon Recods in 1967. With music by Donald Swann, this album is a terrific item for any Tolkien fan or fan of The Hobbit, Lords of the Rings, etc. This album is especially uncommon since it is sealed/new and never been played. The only time I list albums as "Mint" is when they are unopened, as is this case here. The corners have a touch of wear from storage and there is one tear in the cellophane on the back. A really remarkable item in new, unopened condition.
SHIPPING - I've listed media mail but if you are buying with less than three weeks out before Christmas AND you want this as a gift, I highly suggest selecting another shipping option to ensure delivery on time since media mail is put "on hold" during the holidays to make sure other shipment types make it.
Shipping costs are based on weight and distance from my home in Fairhaven, MA. In simplest terms, I try to use priority mail unless it is a book (then I ship using media mail) or if the item is bigger than a breadbox or heavier than 5 lbs (unless I can fit it in a flat rate box). I'm also open to local pick-up at my home in Fairhaven.
I've been selling on Ebay since 1998 but this is not a full time job.
