Description

Vintage 1977 J.R.R. Tolkien Soundbook 4-record vinyl box set released by Caedmon Records (SBR 101), featuring recordings of J.R.R. Tolkien and Christopher Tolkien reading from The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, and The Silmarillion. Outer slipcase box shows standard age-related shelf wear, corner scuffs, and edge rubbing typical for its age, but remains structurally intact. All four inner record jackets, paper sleeves, and the vinyl records themselves are in very good condition with minimal playing wear. Please note that the 18" x 24" fold-out paper poster map originally included with this set is missing from this copy- see photos!
